Center for Career Education – Usability Report (PDF)

This study was performed while working for the University of Windsor’s Web Team. The Center for Career Education is responsible for all career services on campus including Co-op opportunities. The website has to cater to both student and potential employers. For this study we had 16 participants, which include 4 employers, 9 students who work with the CCE and 3 regular students. For this study, participants were monitored using the Morae software which records audio, video, screen captures, key capture and mouse clicks.
